Dr. Mannal is a board certified plastic surgeon who is excited to be a part of the Gender Wellness program. After undergraduate studies and medical school in upstate New York, Dr. Mannal moved to Vermont and North Carolina to finish his surgical training. Now based in Cooperstown, his participation in gender affirming surgeries has been tremendously rewarding. He looks forward to helping patients achieve their goals through compassionate care that is focused on the individual patient.
