Dr. Sandoval is a board certified urologist. After undergraduate studies and medical school in his home country of Guatemala, Dr. Sandoval completed his general surgery internship and urological training in Tufts associated Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. Now based in Cooperstown, his participation in gender Wellness Program seeks to help out patients that want the gender confirming operation of bilateral orchiectomy.
